Magnificent location to downtown, wonderful staff, everything was great. We loved rooms with a kitchen. The breakfast had plenty of cereals and milk. Location: the hotel was just off shops and restaurants, uptown Sedona, the Phoenix airport. We had lunch at nearby Chipotle Mexican Grill, tried their fast food options.

the room was good sized and compact and we loved a microwave oven, coffee & tea making facilities, and fridges. had extremely comfy bed with the garden view. the setting of hotel was marvellous, in a quiet neighborhood.

Useful base for 1 night. Well decorated and well-appointed room overall, with a separate bedroom. Plenty of facilities such as: an adjoining terrace, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker😀🙂

The second night of my stay was enjoyable at this centrally located place with easy access to downtown, and I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious treats and beverages at nearby Ca'puccino.

We only stayed for one night, the place was OK. Were it not 4 people but just 2 of us, even sleeping would have been more comfortable.

the Views were fabulous.
it was dirty, run down, many bugs flying all around the lights, there was no continental breakfast as posted, not even coffee, the office was supposed to be open from 6am - 11pm. when we were trying to check out at 8:30am, the office was closed and dark. there was a phone outside with a number to call...when I called it , it went to a guest room? So there were now two of us standing outside? What the heck? Very dissappointed the with that hotel all around. May fight for a refund. Sorry 0 stars on this one.
